Many follow a high protein diet like bodybuilders or fitness enthusiasts. They tend to gain muscles and burns fat due to this kind of diet. Though high protein diet has its own cons as well, explained in the other article.
There are many types of diet like keto, high protein, low carbs, lactose free, gluten free etc. But a balanced diet is always good for long term, though some diets like high protein diet, keto diet can be beneficial for short term.
Diet should be planned according to the lifestyle and goal we have. All of us want to look good and stay healthy but many of us have more specific goals like dieting for modeling, dieting for some sort of sport, diet to help in certain diseases like diabetes, or common health issues like acidity etc. The more you are goal specific, more you have to be disciplined in the diet, calculating its nutrition value you required for the purpose. PREFERENCE: (the food should be according to your preferences, e.g. if you like spicy food, the diet should be similar to that, so that you do not get bored rather enjoy the diet.
ROUTINE: (the meals should not be at the specific times but according to your daily routine, e.g if you are a school teacher, you cannot have meals every two hours and sometimes you can remain busy during a project).
