Peanut Butter Cookies recipe
peanut butter for weight lossIngredients:
1 cup of wheat flour
1/2 cup of maida (all-purpose flour)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 spoon of salt
sugar-free according to taste
1 whole egg
300gms of peanut butter (creamy/crunchy)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
50gms of natural white butter
Instructions:
- mix the wheat flour, maida, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a medium bowl. Keep it aside.
- Blend peanut butter and sugar-free in a blender then add eggs and then blend it again until it is mixed well. Then add butter and vanilla extract and mix it well again.
- Cover and keep the dough for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 200-250 degrees.
- Shape the dough into small cookies shape and keep it in the oven for 8-12 minutes.
- Remove the peanut butter cookie from the oven. Cool the cookies for 5 minutes.
- Cookies remain fresh at room temperature for 5-7 days.
