Multigrain Beetroot Chilla with Guacamole
Ingredients:
- 1 cup multigrain flour
- ½ cup grated beetroot
- ½ tsp black salt
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp cold-pressed mustard oil/groundnut oil/ghee
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients with water to form a batter.
- Heat a pan, pour batter, and cook until golden on both sides.
- Serve with guacamole.
