Multigrain Beetroot Chilla with Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup multigrain flour
  • ½ cup grated beetroot
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp cold-pressed mustard oil/groundnut oil/ghee

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients with water to form a batter.
  2. Heat a pan, pour batter, and cook until golden on both sides.
  3. Serve with guacamole.
