Your trainer will tailor a program to meet your needs and track your progress.
Yes. We recommend consulting with our in-house nutritionists and dietitians for a personalized diet plan. This service is already included as part of your personal training program. Once you’re onboard, we’ll help you connect with them easily.
In case your trainer is unavailable or has to discontinue, we will assign another trainer to you promptly. Your fitness plan remains uninterrupted, as it is designed and supervised by our expert team to ensure consistency and continued progress.
Our training packages typically include 12 to 24 sessions per month, depending on your fitness goals and budget. Any unused sessions will be carried forward to your next renewal. However, if you choose not to renew, both the membership and any remaining sessions will be considered void and non-refundable.
You don’t need to pay the trainer directly. All payments are made to our organization. This ensures your investment is secure even if you change trainers or if there’s any interruption during the program. We accept payments via Cash, UPI, Digital Wallets, and Bank Transfer. A receipt and confirmation will be provided after every transaction.
