Weight loss will depend on how disciplined you are and how much overweight you are. But if you are 10 kg away from your ideal weight, you can expect 3–5 kg weight loss per month.
Will I get cheat meals or a cheat day every week?
Yes, cheat meals or cheat days are part of the program. And it will depend on your lifestyle, results, and targets per week. But one cheat day per week is a common practice with our diet plans.
What if I don’t lose weight in the target time?
If you follow the plan religiously, results are for sure. But if it happens sometimes with someone, then we will try to identify the issue, and your membership will restart one more time for the same duration.
What if I regain after losing weight?
During the process, you will come to know how your body works with the diet plans. You can follow the same process again. But a bounce back of the weight only happens when you start over-eating.
