What is weight lifting Straps?
Weight lifting Straps is a very useful tool/fitness accessory for weight training. Weight lifting Straps will allow you to lift your maximum weight and to take out maximum reps at that moment.
Weight lifting Straps will also let you focus more on muscular tension, rather than grip which will improve your training and bring better results.
Learn how to tie weight lifting straps in three steps:
1. Insert the end of the lifting strap through the loop:
Take the end of the strap band and insert it through the loop of the second end. This will make one end of the strap a circle.
2. Tie the lifting strap on your wrist:
Now slide your hand through that circle and pull the end of the strap until it is tightened on your wrist. The position of the extended strap band’s end should be on your palm of your hand.
3. Roll the lifting strap on the bar:
Then wrap the other open end of the strap on the bar while keeping your hands on the bar in the pronated position. Now hold the strap with the help of the thumb and first finger and pull it through under the bar from the back towards the front.
And roll the strap backward again while rolling on the bar and bring it to the front till the end of the strap band ends on the bar.
And hold the strap band tight together with the bar and now you ready to lift the weight
Suggestion:
Once you know how to tie weight lifting straps, you will become more expert as you start using it on a regular basis. Commonly, rolling the whole bar backward tightens the strap band on the bar to get a better and stronger grip.
