PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE

Peanut Butter Cookies recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup of wheat flour
1/2 cup of maida (all-purpose flour)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 spoon of salt
sugar-free according to taste
1 whole egg
300gms of peanut butter (creamy/crunchy)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
50gms of natural white butter

Instructions:

  1. mix the wheat flour, maida, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a medium bowl. Keep it aside.
  2. Blend peanut butter and sugar-free in a blender then add eggs and then blend it again until it is mixed well. Then add butter and vanilla extract and mix it well again.
  3. Cover and keep the dough for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat oven to 200-250 degrees.
  5. Shape the dough into small cookies shape and keep it in the oven for 8-12 minutes.
  6. Remove the peanut butter cookie from the oven. Cool the cookies for 5 minutes.
  7. Cookies remain fresh at room temperature for 5-7 days.
